Jones High Country RV Park is located in Nephi UT, just off I-15. We are the first RV park south of the big cities; nestled in a small, quite community. We accommodate all sizes of RV’s with many large pull through sites. We also have tent sites with lots of shade for all those who prefer a tent. We have clean restrooms, a laundry room, and free wi-fi for our 60 sites. We look forward to serving you with some of the cheapest rates in the Utah.
From jct I-15 (exit 222) & Business I-15 (US 28): Go 1/2 mi N on Business I-15.
Great location, clean facilities, helpful staff, sites are narrow - great place to stay the night
This RV park is located approximately 1 mile from Interstate 15 at exit 222. There’s both a Flying J and Maverick gas station with RV pumps at this exit.
Despite the fact that this campground is listed as a Good Sam park on Good Sams app, the campgrounds website, and on the voicemail recording when you call the park, the employee in the office said they are NOT. There are zero discounts. It was $30/night. I was told they are a FCFS park and do not take reservations.
The park itself is nothing fancy. The roads are gravel and the sites are fairly close together. There are a lot of permanent campers and not very well kept. Site #16 was towards the front of the park. It was long enough for our CRV to stay connected to our 37 foot class A. The employee did put out an orange cone towards the back of the car for some added safety.
The power at the site worked well. The water spigot was pretty close to the ground that you may have to dig out some of the dirt to connect your hose. The sewer was towards the back of the site so an extra sewer hose was in order. I think the set up would be better for a truck towing a trailer or 5th wheel.
Did not use the advertised wifi. Verizon signal was 3 bars LTE. Able to text, search the internet, and stream videos. There was a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers ($1.50 for each load). Park also had restrooms and showers. The women’s restroom was dated, but clean.
While not a destination campground, I would stay here again if passing through the area.
Manager rude, dogs allowed to run free.
Just a gravel lot with trailers jammed in with a shoehorn.
Try Walmart or cables.
Last of the last resort!
Disappointed... website list 1 night site as $30 minus $5 for Goodsam = $25. After arriving the nice lady clerk says website outdated by 3 years, rate now $40. It was late & getting dark so I stayed. All sites on gravel & most uneven so buyer beware.
I can't say enough good things about this RV trailer park. I found myself in a tight spot when my tow vehicle broke down, and Val went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite the parking spot I was in was not designed for long-term stays, they kindly allowed me and my family to settle into a cozy spot.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. This isn't just a place to park your RV; it's a community fostered by the genuine warmth and hospitality.
Val and Pat are more than just great hosts; they're fantastic people who take the well-being of their guests to heart. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel like part of their extended family.
If you're looking for a home away from home, don't hesitate to stay here. This RV park is more than just a stop on the road; it's a haven of kindness and a testament to exceptional service.
Oh and prices are more than reasonable 🙂
