We’ve stayed here a couple times this year.

This last time made us realize we won’t ever stay here again.

It is NOT kid friendly. Our children were at the park and we got complaints they were too loud. Got complaints when our kids walked across our FAMILY’s campsite (they had permission). Rest assured our kids weren’t running rampant through everyone’s campsites - and complaints they were loud IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY AT THE PARK. when you have 9 kids together at a park it’s going to be loud 🙄 it’s not like they were screaming at 9 pm or later, or before 8 am.

There were adults (IN OUR FAMILY) sitting at one of the campsites that backs up to the playground and our kids got sent back to our camper because “no adults were present” (total BS because there WAS an adult present within 30 yards.)

There was grown up grass around the playground resulting in TICKS found crawling on us.

Washers were broken.Dryers were broken.

Seating area by the pool was closed down for safety.

Also they’re increasing rates, and they’re only telling the people who are on site - waiting for all the snowbirds on fixed income to show up for winter to tell them what it’s going to cost. It’s shady.

The new company has decided to make the campground we loved into an ultra rich motor coach campground. Unfortunately family friendly campgrounds are a thing of the past. No one can afford 2,000$ plus a month isn’t something most people can afford!!

So we had a lake view very quiet campground. Alot of snow iw birds for winter. Did use any of the amenities. All sites are concrete very nice cable TV even.. watch the speed bumps some are pretty big.. it's more glamping then camping to us. But still very nice.

Nice rv park, good location for access to everything, excellent cable and wifi, quiet, paved level sites. No propane available despite distribution tank onsite. Have one pickle ball court but no net or fence surrounding it, basketball court is just sand and no hoops/poles - both obviously a work in progress. Have very nice tennis court setup and nice outdoor and heated indoor pool with hot tub but hot tub has no power jets. Has nice rv storage area. Has nice shuffle board area. Some activities. Staff very friendly.
