A fantastic work environment, amazing management, great location. Yeah, the building is old but we maintain it well and make renovations yearly. Last summer alone we tore out the lobby walls and put bright new ones up, resurfaced the pool floor, repainted the hot tub area and the hot tub itself, got new curtains, made new tables, got new changing room mats, and more. All in one summer.

As for us staff, we're great of course. We put a lot of effort into our swim lesson plans, and are always open to input from the parents. For people who weren't able to get in (because it's always booked a year in advance) most of the teachers will do lessons privately. I would recommend myself 😇, I'm Logan.

In terms of our lifeguarding, we are all red cross certified in Lifeguarding, Emergency Oxygen, and WSI.

Great place to relax. My mom had hurt her back and what a better place to go and relax the muscles than with a soothing soak. Last night my mother was finally getting some relief; she was in the deep end by herself floating peacefully on her back until some little girl came full speed with a giant sea scooter slamming into her side, right in the ribs. This put my mother in a lot of pain. She was starting to feel better before this. The lifeguard saw this happen and told us sorry that’s the owners daughter you’ll have to take it up with them. I find it totally unacceptable to have owners kids riding around with a motorized scooter in a busy pool. It hurt a lot :(

I've been coming to Green Canyon Hot Springs with my family since I was a kid. It's improved quite a bite in the last couple decades, and remains a fun family tradition- offering nearby campgrounds, hiking trails, indoor event amenities and more. The price of admission is low and they honor group discounts! The main indoor pool's original diving board and rafter swing are gone, but as an adult and parent, I can now appreciate the safety behind those decisions 😬 The outdoor hot pool is large enough to accommodate many patrons without feeling too familiar with others and now has patio-type roofing that allows for sunbathing and protects from inclement weather. The adjacent cold springs therapy pool is much smaller- 1 to 2 person seating- and a decorative lava rock fountain feature pumps fresh natural hot spring water right into the hot pool. The whole area invites a very zen, spa-like atmosphere. The separate men and women changing areas hasn't really changed and leaves much room for improvement, especially when they're full, but I'll still be bringing my family here for fun reunions and get togethers 👍

The hours of operation kinda suck but its a fun atmosphere. Its kinda old but its the character that makes this place what it is. Most people in idaho falls have never even heard of this place. I think they should have better .... Or maybe just any advertising so more can enjoy what this place has to offer..
