Actually stayed late-2021 but only getting to this now (I suppose some things may have changed, but probably not).

Overall I liked this place. When everything else near/in Yellowstone was booked, Jared's had availability. We stayed in their mini room, and it is mini. But for a few nights it is completely fine, comfortable enough, ensuite and just needs some planning for your luggage.

Even better is the arcade games room which is a lot of retro fun if you grew up in the 80s/90s particularly.

Not so good was the restaurant food which was very very basic.

Would stay again but just make sure to get food from town on the way in/out.

Stayed here for lower prices than closer to park. 15 minute drive to West Yellowstone. Very basic accommodations. Changed rating to 4 stars which is more fair upon reflection.

Log cabin 25 miles off the beaten path of west Yellowstone. Clean cabin. Old amenities. Bed hard as a rock. One pillow each. Hard to find at night.walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors chatting it up.

The access to the park was wonderful. 15 minutes to west Yellowstone. Beautiful area up behind Henry lake. The room was clean, bed was decent but we had a problem with our toilet first night. They fixed it next day however. Chincy on room supplies. 1 cup for 2 people and only 1 towel per person. However you could ask for more anytime. Never noticed the restaurant open but didn't need it. Would stay again if it was not quite so expensive.

Exactly as advertised; super friendly staff. I absolutely love this area. Close to West Yellowstone and so much fabulous fishing all around the area. It's hard to beat the fishing right there at Henry's Lake. I went alone in October a couple years ago and then asked my wife to join me this september 2023. I wasn't sure she would like it because she not as into fishing as me. She absolutely loved every day. Kayaking, fishing, Yellowstone, wildlife, incredible scenery, etc. The rooms are somewhat rustic; exactly as shown and described. Just perfect in my opinion, and wife-approved.
