About Campground

Granite Hill Lodge and Campground is a re-invented campground, brought back to life with the purpose of providing a place of quiet and leisure in the busy Lake George area. Only 20 minutes to Lake George beaches, downtown and outlet shopping, Granite Hill is in a great location to enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while providing a getaway in the foothills of Fort Ann. Situated on 130 acres, the four-bedroom three-bathroom lodge allows family and friends to enjoy each other as well as the surrounding landscape without the need of camping gear. The newly designed campground provides a small camping feel with plenty of outdoor space to bike and hike. The property is located on the Champlain Canalway Bike Trail.

This is a great little campground. The owners Kelly & Ryan along with their camp host Jeff are great. They recently opened so there are only a handful of sites available but they all appeared to be long with full hookups. There is also a lodge available. This could easily become a hidden gem in the Adirondacks. We will be back!

Our family had a great time at Granite Hill this week! Kelly and Ryan are absolutely amazing and have a true gem on their hands. From spacious well manicured sites, a gorgeous bathhouse, and two lookouts with breathtaking views, if you skip staying here you’ll regret it.

We saw the ad and we were looking for a place to visit for a few days. I booked a reservation and actually got the site I wanted. From the start the couple that we were working with were awesome they made sure everything was just perfect. We would like to go back this season for another campout before the weather changes.

Lovely campground! Owner was very nice. Well kept grassy spaced out sites. Bath house newly renovated very nicely. Couple of lookouts to check out. If you are looking for a quiet campground close to all things in Lake George or even Saratoga, this is it!

My family and I had a great experience! This was indeed a great little campground. It is not crowded, quiet and very relaxing. The owner Kelly was very nice and welcoming. We even got a nice welcoming gift. The campground is newly renovated and the bathrooms and changing area were amazing haha which was a plus. There was nice play area for children which was lovely. The campground has also two lookout points. If I visit the area again, I’ll definitely stay at this campground. I highly recommended staying here. Wonderful experience.
