I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought in August 2022. Audrey took care of the problem and sent me a new pair as a replacement. She was very understanding and apologetic. Thank you Audrey for you excellent customer service!
I am a big review reader and had previously avoided going to this location for purchases because of their not-so-great reviews. While in Florida, I bought some Golden Goose shoes that didn't fit right, so I had to return them at this location when we got back in town. They were busy, but they assisted me in trying to find the size I needed. I ended up with store credit because there was nothing in my size that I liked at the time. After a couple months, we returned the other day to see what they had in store for my husband. Charles greeted us right away and asked if he could assist us. We told him we were just looking around and began looking around. He inquired about our day, making general but genuine conversation. We found the perfect shoe, and while Charles went to find my husband's size, the other sales representative approached us and asked if we needed assistance. Their customer service, particularly Charles's, was excellent both times we visited. I would definitely go back for our next purchases!

Not the customer service that you expect when you walk into a “luxury”brand store. It was my first purchase and I wish the salesperson had explained the process of buying the first pair. They can’t assume that you know what the add ons are and that if you make any changes you can’t return them. You are supposed to be told before and not after. I guess you have to walk in using a pair of golden goose if you want to receive a better service. If people only knew the value of good customer service.
Super disappointed in the customer service. Definitely does not meet the expectation for $600+ shoes. I have several pairs and my husband was considering purchasing but the sales associate was not friendly or welcoming at all. She seemed like it was a chore to get sizes. She made no interaction with us. We were having to ask her questions. She asked if we needed anything but that was the extent. There was no positive energy. The artist was more welcoming than the actual associate. Whoever is in charge should strongly consider coaching how to treat customers when they walk into a designer establishment. This visit was yesterday afternoon.
