Nice overnight stop! Not over packed was extremely nice. The dog park was clean, the office staff was friendly and they gave us a very detailed map, and lists of directory that were very useful. The Longhorn restaurant was right around the corner so we had an awesome dinner. Great location for a pit stop. If we travel this way again we will definitely add it to our stop!

$55 plus a sneaky $9.95 processing fee is overpriced for an overnight stay on a small lot with no trees or fire pit. Also it’s a bit much getting a text at 8am AND phone call at 10:45 reminding us of the 11am checkout.

This RV park does have very nice folks. I’m leaving a review only because of our experience. We checked in on a Thursday and stayed thru Sunday. It was the hottest weekend so far this summer. When I made reservations I requested 2 shady spots side by side. When we checked in Thursday I also requested shady sites. We were told that they were booked full for the weekend. We were put on 2 spots with NO shade at all!! Come Friday we expected more people to start coming in being we were told that they were fully booked. As Friday came to an end we saw no more campers come in except to stay over night and they were parked in the front section. Had it not been for the pool for us to cool down in we would have left Friday evening as soon as it hit 105 outside. I say all this and show pictures to show that there were plenty of shady spots available ALL weekend! We were set in the middle of their lots and again with no shade at all. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and again the owners were very nice on the phone and when we arrived to check in but they had to know we were in no shade at all. Not on our list to return.

Love this place!!!

Stayed for 5 months and would def stay again. Quiet, peaceful, quaint. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, patient even when the problem was in my end. Facilities were great, loved the grass vs. gravel the tenants were also very friendly.
