This is a very well kept park. It has everything it should. The spots are gravel but fairly level. Setup was easy. It's quiet here. They have a very nice swimming pool with changing rooms / shower rooms. Cable is very good. Our electric hookup box was older and a tad rusty, with no swing up cover over it. Its an older style with a side swing door, but the service has been great. It rained heavily twice and we had no issues at all. I would stay here again. I like the older parks that are the same today as they were when they opened, or preserve the original park area when they expand. The smaller older spots here are in a wooded area. We have a 21 foot pull behind. The larger pull through spots are more open. No close trees. The rate for 3 days stay with a 30amp service was very good. If you enjoy birds, there seem to be quite a few song birds here. It's very pleasant. This is a well established park with a cool history. They have an outdoor Pavillion with seating, a big screen TV, picnic tables, but and a fireplace. It's very close to the warm springs. There are a few small towns a little further out than Warm Springs for shopping or take out later in the pm. Most places in Warm Springs close early. The park is about 2 miles from Warm Springs. It is seven miles to the next town beyond warm springs.

This is a lovely, quaint little park. The check-in process was quick and easy. The lady that works there is very friendly. Mr. Mike Ramsey is a familiar face around the park on a daily basis. I read another person's review about him cooking out and I was really wanting to experience that. I wasn't sure if we would or not since we were only there for about 9 days...BUT WE DID!!! I was so excited to see him start up the smoker around 1pm and as I was walking my dog around 5pm he offered some chicken and sausage and a few sides! It was such a cozy, homey feeling that MR. RAMSEY PROVIDES. I like that it is a family owned business that appears to be passed down from generations.

I didn't like how close we were to our neighbors but that was only temporary so it wasn't that bad.

Overall, this is a nice place. There are quite a few residents that live there and it was a pretty normal place to be.

The pool looked very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the nice stay!

We have been here a year in May and love this place. Highly recommended. Beautiful Salt water pool, nice laundry and bath house. The park for the is very quiet. The owner is always making improvements somewhere in the park. Come check it out even if it's only for the weekend. Great place to stay.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I love this place! This was our first time staying in our new travel trailer and we were very pleasantly surprised. Very quiet, secluded but only a mile from beautiful Warm Springs with all their quaint shops and great food. Park offers free WiFi (although a lil spotty at times) and there is a bathhouse and laundry area. The wonderful owner was getting his grill ready when we arrived, and he cooked ribs, chicken, tenderloin, etc for all the park guests FOR FREE!! And the prices are very reasonable for FHU (water, elec, sewer) Love this place and will definitely be back!
