I have never been there. It's a beautiful place.i live close.
Stayed there a while back. Peaceful for the most part. Owners are reasonable. If you stay there over a month, you may want to maintain your own yard. If it rains a lot, some of the lots get rutted, but they repair them with time. Laundry room is small and usually busy (closed at night). Don’t depend on it as your only source if you have multiple loads weekly.
This is the best RV I have stayed at. It has 2 fishing 🎣 ponds, pull through slots, plenty of room for parking 🅿️, a Dollar General store beside the RV park and offers the best rates in all of Georgia.
Nice place.. . I've been here a couple of months now, and laundry had been out of order 50% of the time I've tried to use it, so I have to drive 12 miles to laundromat.
They have added a lot of spaces since we moved in here. They are almost full. Rates are good. I like living here but there are always going to be people that stretch the rules. They did add a new laundry room with the expansion, although I still drive to a laundromat because I like not having to wait on machines. The only shopping nearby is the Dollar General so after doing laundry I do my grocery shopping and get gas in Barnesville which is about 12 miles away.
