The lots are VERY unlevel, yes one side of the trailer is up on blocks and the other side has no blocks! No amenities what so ever. The owner CALLED to tell me that this is not a KID FRIENDLY park when my kids were playing in the dirt outside (like kids do) and was spying on us with a camera on the pole in front of the park. The road noise is horrible so don't expect to sleep, EVER. And does not give a refund if you have to leave early, when I need that money for my kids! I absolutely would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I had a contract job in the area and stayed at the park for a few months. It’s a safe and convenient location. Park is clean, the manager is friendly and accommodating. Plenty of space for each site.

I was at Peach Orchard for 7 months while working a contract in Augusta, Ga. This was an amazing campground! I only had a couple of things that needed addressing during my time there and all it ever took was a quick phone call or text and the issues were quickly resolved. The service was prompt and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be looking to stay there again.

DO NOT stay here. Although the place is fairly nice, the prices are through the roof and different for each individual. My rent started at 595 a month. Then they did a few upgrades and passed the expenses on to us and my rent went up to 650. Then they did some grading work and plumbing and electrical and raised it to 675. But here’s the kicker. Other people were paying 650, others 700, and we talked to one guy that is only paying 450 a month. As soon as I found out everyone was paying different prices and 1 person as low as 450 I left ASAP.

Off a highway that is always busy so expect it to be noisy. The park was designed poorly so majority of campers have to have the bedroom side facing the road(where it is LOUD) The spots are incredibly uneven. The owner is rude as hell and charged me $200 more than the original $550 he quoted me in January. I kept asking to pay the total and he kept saying that I can just pay it when I get there. Turns out it was so he could up the price from the original quote the day I checked in. Considering I had pulled my trailer from another state and had no other place to park it, I was SOL. Add on to the fact that I paid a $100 non-refundable deposit when I booked my spot.

Reading through their responses to other reviewers, I see that they take zero accountability for the criticism they receive and only offer excuses. I would never recommend this place to anyone and encourage you to look elsewhere to park.

It’s location is fairly convenient but not worth the hassle. There were so many red flags that I ignored and had to pay for, literally. Worst campground I’ve been to yet. 👎
