Forest Mountain Outfitters

To be honest I use to be a big time shopper of this store but unfortunately I will not return and will blast the word to not shop this establishment. You would think to buy something on clearance that the clerk will clearly state to the customers not returnable before I purchase. It’s beyond my understanding and comprehension that you return to the store to return set merchandise for exchange of a higher price item to only pay the difference and they can’t accommodate the request because it’s final sale. Lastly the return policy memo that they clearly states this information is blocked by product on the register counter where the customer can’t clearly read it for their protection. Nice job Mountain High Outfitters and your staff.
