Love the store! Provided great customer service! Will definitely be shopping there again.
To be honest I use to be a big time shopper of this store but unfortunately I will not return and will blast the word to not shop this establishment. You would think to buy something on clearance that the clerk will clearly state to the customers not returnable before I purchase. It’s beyond my understanding and comprehension that you return to the store to return set merchandise for exchange of a higher price item to only pay the difference and they can’t accommodate the request because it’s final sale. Lastly the return policy memo that they clearly states this information is blocked by product on the register counter where the customer can’t clearly read it for their protection. Nice job Mountain High Outfitters and your staff.
I visited today & encountered the most pleasant young gentleman, Noah who was very helpful with my purchase of a new pair of tennis shoes. Thank you so much for your help.
