This is more for permanent mobile homes than travel trailers but I was able to find a solution to my problem and a few other things I could use.

The price at this RV Park is very reasonable, they have a pool and the people around there are nice. It is close to the Wal Mart and other stores.

I'm very happy with staying here! The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because the WiFi is weak. All is good tho :-)

This is a very basic RV park and very outdated. The manager was nice enough. The bathrooms were unsightly and old with plywood doors. I refused to use the shower. If you want cable, there is an upcharge of $2.00. The only real plus was that it was quiet. The free WI-FI did not work at all. Have learned to check out facilities before signing and paying. Live and learn.

I would give this place a minus star if I could, not worthy of one star.

People beware if you have dogs and plan on staying here long term. They say pets are allowed, but there is a tenant living in this park, in the mobile home part, that doesn't like dogs and he will call animal control on you every chance he gets. He is impersonating a Federal Marshal or whatever super hero he decides to be that day, for instance, a bondsman, retired Chief of Police of a different state, pawn broker, spy, etc. Bad thing is, the owners' of the park lets him get by with every thing he does. Also, he was reported for impersonating a federal marshal, and nothing was done to him b/c he's not receiving monetary benefits by saying he's one.

Please, please, do not go there and stay for any reason, he will make your life a living hell. He is banned from another campground right up the road, and Boland's accepts all of the rejects from that campground. There's two others living there, that I know of right now, and since we moved, it's hard to say how many others have moved there. If you have to stay in Perry for any period of time and are a full timer, look around before you go there, I'm warning you. You will be sorry.
