I called ahead on my Great Divide bike ride and spoke to Nick at Gold Pan. The cabin was incredible and they had everything I needed to keep rolling. One of my favorite stops on the Divide!
GREAT place for Cyclists/Hikers! Loved the bunkhouse, was cool during the day (Aug 1) and cozy at night. The owners/operators were the nicest business in town, and they had a better selection of foodstuffs than 2/3 of the town.

Debbie and Michael go out of their way to make sure you feel at home.
Can't wait till our next visit. Only complaint is we had to leave wonderful Platero and come home to temps in the three digits.😥 without the best A/C.😊
