New owners have a lot to do. No speed limit enforced. Kids driving and speeding up n down road in golf carts. Grass not Maintained. Bathroom ...terrible. no picnic tables or fire rings. Nothing like pictures on line.
Almost 5 stars. Nice and clean but soap empty in one bathroom...no biggie. Gravel roads are pretty dusty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great price and nice grounds.
We just spent a month here. The roads going up to where we were parked were beyond horrible. They were "fixing" them as we were pulling out. Wifi was non-existent. Their flyer has all kinds of things listed but most are not available. The one pool that most people could use was ok. Other pool was for members only. It could be a really nice place. We stayed because it was close to kids/grandkids. Price was good.
Warning this place is definitely not a resort or a rv park. It is a long term rv park. Run down dump. The even on one side of us had the neighbors from hell living there. The woman was yelling and cussing her dogs, her daughter and some guy that came for visits. Her dogs she kept tied up behind our camper. Pooping everywhere. Got loose a few times. Ended up jumping in my lap once. Music blasting from somewhere all night. Sites were horrible and in disrepair to say the least. The worst thing was the water. It stunk terribly. Undrinkable. Hated to even shower or wash dishes. The camper started smelling bad because of the water. We were afraid to even check out the bathhouse. The other ever on our other side was not being lived in. Windows busted out. Just a sad dump. The property and land could be beautiful if they would take care of the place.
