I’ll start with the good and ends with the not-so-good. It’s conveniently located near many shore towns in South Jersey. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station and McDonald’s within a mile. Nice pool. That’s it for the good! Into the bad… If you are a transient camper or TT member, go somewhere else. There is no store on the premises. The roads within the campground are barely wide enough for a truck without a trailer! We near side-swiped several trees getting in here. Most of the roads are dirt so if you want to take a walk, don’t wear sandals or your feet will be filthy. My 22’ camper barely fit into the first spot we were assigned but after setting up, our electric voltage was so low, our surge protector kept shutting off because it read 99 volts on both the 30 Amp AND 50 Amp circuits!! We had to pack up, search for another site and try to convince the lady who answered the phone to let us change spots. There are very few travel trailers here. It’s almost all seasonal, neglected spots. Very few spots are for travel trailers or RVs. Most sites are run down, ugly to look at. Every spot is practically on top of the neighbor. You can hear everyone’s conversations and even though they have a curfew, it seems like the seasonal people are immune to it and stay up until 2 am partying and talking loud. I will definitely never stay here again!

My experience demonstrated owners expect managers to cut safety corners and ignore hazards. Owner integrity is wholly absent. A 45-hour a week job as general manager of a campground quickly became a 115-hour per week job, consistently. As a manager of a campground with over 600 campsites, I was the only manager and expected to handle every issue 24/7. Some weeks I worked over 128 hours- plus I worked 30 days without one single day off. Upper management typically shuts their cell off at 5:00, so calls for support go to VM and messages left on Friday are not returned until Monday- even if there is an emergency over the weekend such as septic backups, or transformers blowing and power being out. Emails asking for support are consistently ignored. I was regularly directed to issue fines to campers who violated rules only to have upper management over-rule their own directive and put their managers in compromising positions with guests they interact with daily. Managers are expected to sink or swim and outreach to corporate brings harsh repercussions to employees in the field. I used my own money for company expenses and a year later am still waiting for reimbursement! My age was mocked by staff. When I pleaded for some help, any help at all after being kept up 3 nights in a row without any sleep, and requested a day off after working a full month straight- I was fired. Don't let my negative experience become yours.

This would be a 5 star review but we had minor issues upon arrival. Our assigned spot was ok for our 40' motorhome but low branches made it difficult to navigate and a risk to roof damage. Additionally, our site was previously a seasonal site and the location where the deck was removed was/is littered with broken glass, screws/nails, and other assorted debris. It is unsuitable for families with kids. We did a self-help cleanup to make it presentable for our stay.

Yes, we did inform management (Dropped off a bag of garbage. Maintenance provided the use of a leaf rake)

The pool area is top-notch with amazing landscaping. The campground is small and super quiet at night. The location is ideal for sightseeing and trips to the awesome NJ beaches.

In conclusion, we really enjoyed the campground on our first trip to the Jersey shore. In fact, we asked and received an extension. When we return, Echo Farms will likely be our first choice.

We checked in July 28 & stayed to Aug 5. The campground is super nice, super quiet. Mostly seasonal people but they are very nice & love chatting. We met them during the ice cream social they had! Roads are narrow but they are one way & visibly marked. We have a 30ft travel trailer. Pool was clean & never packed. Kids were courteous in the pool area of other guests. As of our trip there was a dog park but they are starting to put one in, however our dog is trained on a beep collar & we took her to the boat lot to run. Overall it was a great time & the people are nice as can be! We will go back again!

This is a great RV park for annuals. We were just visiting and I don't highly recommend it for short term if you have a large RV. The spaces are very hard to get in and out of . Most are full time rvs there. Every one that worked there was very helpful they helped us into the one other spot they had available and luckily we were able to fit. The full timers there were friendly and helpful. The location is great close to beaches and restaurants and Atlantic City. Our RV is 32 ft and unfortunately we probably won't be back because of the size of the spots but we loved it there.
