Located just south of the town of Seaville, and a mere 30 minutes from Atlantic City, Lake & Shore RV Resort is the ideal place to settle in to relax and recreate along the Jersey Shore. With so much to do right in the resort, you may not be inclined to leave, but you also have the Cape May Wetlands Wildlife Area, Cape May National Wildlife Refuge, and Cape May County Park and Zoo just minutes away. There’s also the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk and Aquarium. Lake & Shore RV Resort offers 70 transient RV sites with full hookups in a cozy, wooded area. Four of these sites are ADA accessible. There are also five designated tent campsites. There are restrooms and showers available in several locations; a dump station is located . The resort also has a number of cottages and long-term sites. Wifi service is available for an extra feel. Dogs are permitted, but must remain leashed. Contact the resort for current rates. The resort’s main area is where you’re likely to spend most of your time. Visitors have access to a clubhouse lounge, game room, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, an outdoor pool and kids’ water park, a picnic pavilion, and putt-putt golf course. Fishing, swimming and paddling are available on the 12-acre lake, as well as beach volleyball and a community fire pit for gathering in the evenings. My sister-in-law has a place down there and it is beautiful down there. We have so much fun right now even though I don’t have any children I love it because there’s so many things that the children can do especially around the holidays for instants for Fourth of July. we tie-dyed the T-shirts in the pool is beautiful and so is the lake and I can’t forget the bingo on Friday night for the adults are so much fun

Had a nice stay. RV spots are large, but felt like we were in a sandy parking lot. Could definitely use some maintenance in the shower/restroom. Might not hurt to have some people that spend more the 5 minutes supposedly cleaning the shower house.

Also don’t accidentally have a package sent there. There office staff informed they DON’T want anyone packages sent to their office. Must be to busy or something to put some packages in a corner like every other campground does. Good thing there are more campgrounds in that area. If we are ever back in the area, I will try a different 1000 trails.

To bad staff made it such an unsatisfying stay, would be a very nice place if the Staff was helpful or at least motivated.

This is a Campground just south of Atlantic City. Most of the people who stay there are seasonals and come on the weekends from Philly. Their idea of camping is not the same as mine. I’m thinking campfires with s’more’s, etc.. this place is full of large families with lots of kids, loud music, parties.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I definitely would!

Who is giving this place good reviews? Worst campground EVER! We've crossed the country staying in TT parks. This one is awful and it's mostly because of the rude staff! These people are awful. When you walk in to register...you will ruin their day and they'll let you know. Don't get packages sent there...they'll send them back and be extremely smug about it. Is this a New Jersey thing???? If so....then hire people that don't live here. I have such a bad taste in my mouth now for TT. Reconsidering our membership for sure! I'll pay much more at another park to be treated with kindness and respect!!!
