Pool and grounds are amazing. The internet is terrible. I was unable to get basic work done and had to use my phone. The smell is not good at times. They were kind enough to move us but it did not help much. We ended up double booking last minute at the sate park as well so we could sleep away from the smell. I wasn't fond of throwing my money out the window. I would suggest staying for a day before booking longer than that. By the time you get there it will be too late to get a refund. Most of the east side of grand haven smells like this. This site should have probably remained industrial.
Such a fantastic place. Quite, secure, clean, this Is a well maintained place close to everything that Grand haven has to offer.
Heated pool (bonus) hot tub. River views are something to behold. Little city traffic noise, but let that stop.you. the traffic normally stops around 5 pm. I plan to be a frequent flyer here. The staff here is something else. Very helpful. Knowledgeable about the town and what to do. Glad to help with what ever they can. And if you get the river spots they will park you unit for you. This place has all you can ask for and more. .
Had a water front site. View was great. Site was easy in and out. Site itself was pretty wide. Nice level concrete pad. Fitness center was very nice for campground. Easy access to town - took our e-bikes with no problems.
