Good location, and it is easy to get around to different parks and beaches. The site seemed a bit small, but we managed. Not easy to back in, but again we managed fine. Bathroom and laundry are nicer than some but nothing to call home about.

Stayed here for a week. Close to everything, full hookups, good neighbors. Other reviews complain about the cats, there are a couple that roam. Long term feeds them, getting fixed. Staff helpful, owner easy to get along with. Would stay again if in the area. Don't know anything about laundry or restroom, we have our own.

I would guess about 80% are living at this RV park full time. It’s clean. Each spot has a built in deck which is nice but narrows down your parking spot. As a whole I think it was quiet with a decent location (residential area).

Cute little park, clean and quiet. The owner and the employee working the front desk were both very nice, the only negative was when we went to leave our slide wouldn't come in, totally not the parks fault, and they were able to refer us to a tech who would have been able to come out the same day if we hadn't figured it out the ourselves, but in the same call we were informed that someone else was booked for our site at 1 and it was suggested that maybe we could manage to pull out of our site with the slide still out. While I understand their end I was already frantically trying to get on the road because I was looking at a 7 hour drive to my next park, it was just an unhelpful comment that added stress to an already stressful situation because even if I did manage to pull out of the site there was nowhere else to put it and I definitely could not drive down the road that way. Anyway, despite that one moment I will still definitely keep this park in mind if I ever need to stay in Pensacola again.
