5/5 We stayed here for two nights in July. Safe, clean and shaded sites - electric was good, wifi decent. Bathrooms and laundry were clean. Had a nice central area if people wanted to gather. Super convenient to anything downtown. Campground hosts were really nice and helped me get over my mountain driving anxiety. This place is a gem.

This park really suited us for our quick trip to the Scottish festival in Franklin. The hosts were very welcoming and we really liked our spot number two. It’s a super quick walk to town for coffee, lunch or dinner with plenty of options to choose from. Our dog was super happy with the little trail to the very nice dog park. The bathhouse with the two showers and private restrooms was very convenient especially since our shower in our RV is currently leaking. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of quaint Franklin, NC. Brew pubs and convenient access to several hikes. Although the campground was small (actually a plus!) the sites were well maintained with full hookups and shade. Bathrooms were clean. Our onsite hosts were great. They were there to answer any questions and lit nice fires both nights were there. Definitely recommend and would happily visit again.

This is my first trip solo since my husband died. Trying to see if I was going to keep the motorhome. When I arrive, Rob was there, one of the camp host he and his wife Cheryl are great. He assisted me back into my spot with no problems and also gave me a quick lesson on how to hook up the motorhome. My husband and I would do it together, but I always left the hard stuff to him. This time I had to do it myself, and I did with Rob’s instruction, it’s a very lovely campground, quiet, clean and close to everything. By everything I mean downtown Franklin two blocks up the hill, lots of restaurants and even some fabulous clothing stores. I will be going back I give them five stars.

Adorable little RV park right in the middle of beautiful Franklin North Carolina. Camp hosts were super friendly, park was clean and quiet. Walking distance to the whole town. I definitely plan on coming back soon! Pet friendly and right around the corner from a nice dog park.
