Fall asleep under the stars in one of our cabins, in a beautiful tent, or your own digs. Wake up to the soft glow of light pouring through the pine trees, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the rushing river.
Energize with a mountain hike, or laze the day away floating in a tube. Find peace with some morning yoga, or wading into the Neversink River, the birthplace of dry fly fishing in America.
Just an hour and a half from New York City. Come enjoy us as a group or in solitude. Consider this your invitation to experience our hospitality firsthand.

Our trip started out rough due to issues in our camper. Thank you so much to the staff (Maria and John) for helping us until we were able to get it fixed. We really enjoyed the property and the water view in the morning! Definitely plan on going back next year!
My spouse and I, had stayed this past weekend and we had an incredible time! We don’t get much time away between work and family life. We had peace and quiet, the scenery was beautiful and being able to cook was definitely a big plus for us! We love to cook when we travel. The property keeps you in the loop every step of the way. The only issue we have is the screen door closing and opening, but that wasn’t going to ruin our time overall. We definitely will be visiting again there is no doubt about that.
We stayed there 3 times last season , early in the season a lot of the amenities were not available as they were in the process of upgrading and my grandkids were disappointed, but i must say the staff more than made up for it the next time we stayed. They gave the kids free rock bags and they couldn’t have been happier and also made us happy with a nice discount.
The other times we came they were a lot more along along and very up and running. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location is great the grandkids love fishing just a short walk to the river, the bounce ball is great just the whole experience was excellent. We’ve already booked it for this year at least once and will probably try to squeeze in another time .
Great location, but I think it's the staff that really makes this place. They go above and beyond to make sure YOU and YOUR family are having the best experience. They keep everything CLEAN and with each visit I go - I see they have renovated something new .
I especially love when they hold things for the kids to do.
I will continue to call this my home base for camping . ( RV camper)
We stayed at this wonderful campground in August of 2023 for a dog trial. We stayed in one of the rustic cabins with our dogs. Wonderful site with lots of locations to spend time with the dogs and each other. Enjoyed the river! The cabin was so cozy, wonderful bed linens, and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Can't wait to stay again in 2024!
