Very large hiking area with very wide trails. People camp here as it is a Green Key County Park. My favorite location is the peninsula surrounded by the bay that has parking and picnic tables. A quiet relaxing place to watch the sunset and the birds.
Great park los of space, activities, fun. We popped the kayaks in the water tight of the beach. Wonderful day! Perfect weather.
Went here on a Saturday, Pretty good park for anyone who loves camping, it looked pretty full from first glance but there was still some room for people and RVs.
The entrance to the park is pretty secluded, just below a small bridge that connects to the Long Island Expressway.
There was no admission fee which was pretty nice.
Overall it's a pretty nice area to chill and enjoy some breeze from the many trees.
Been camping off long Island my whole life and never knew this was here, great place to switch things up and bring the kids without going over bridges.
