There is a very obvious trail, with some semi-permanent tents set up and a little private mess of a shooting range (garbage everywhere) that look like they're on private property but right along the trail. It doesn't go very far back, but it's a decent quick sprint for a pent up dog. Overall, decent, but don't expect to spend more than 30 minutes round trip. Definitely the high school hook up spot.
Great hidden gem. I doubt the are more than hundreds of people who have visited here in the past. Great hiking area with cool rock formations and an elegant bubbling brook.
It's a little out of the way for me, even though it'd be a ~5 min drive, there's no road that goes through so more like 10 min, but still totally worth it.
Nice little area. Nice forest and open woods for a walk. Just found out about this area. Plan on revisiting again.
Been coming here since forever, but after the first 15 minutes of the hike it gets sketchy because of the painted yellow trees which seemingly cut the trail off cold turkey with signs that say private property. If that's the actual end of the trail, it's nowhere near 50 acres. I feel like it's just people trying to scare off new hikers by saying it's private.
