I had a very nice hike with my dad. I hiked to sears pond for the first time ever.i always thought sears bellow pond was 1 pond not 2 separate. It was a great time and took a lot of wider trails to hopefully not get eaten by ticks or chiggers but we got eaten alive on my knees and up.

Nice place for a hike around the lake hills and benches I understand there's lots of ticks Stay on the path.

Maybe you should use some protectant also. It's a county park so Dog friendly as well

I enjoy bringing my 4 kids here for hikes in any weather. This last time we saw an eagle, fox, and snake. Always exciting to see the wildlife. And the smell of the pines...it's just the best!

I've always loved the hike around the ponds and meeting up with the Paumanok Path. Great for a run, too. Maybe I'll do a race there!
