EV charging! Great camping spot near Big Bend. Outhouses are maintained. Bring your own water. Would recommend 👍

Awesome views, very basic, great host.

Big Bend was full, so we had to camp or get a hotel. One hotel was full with people camping basically behind the parking lot. We showed up after dark because it took so long to find a place. I’m glad we had a hard time because this was an awesome spot. The host shared a story about how he came down to Terlingua. Make sure you talk to him if you camp here.

I highly recommend camping here if you aren’t going to stay in the park, or even if you were planning on staying in the park, but just want more space to yourself.

The photo I’ve attached is the view right outside of my tent.

Highly Recommended! Excellent location! Rob is a great host and very accommodating. We are so happy we found Coyote Crossing. We couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend RV or tent camping at Coyote Crossing rather than in the park or, at the other options around the town of Terlingua. The sites are spacious and the 360 degree views from wherever you park your RV or pitch a tent are spectacular! The entrance of the Big Bend National Park and Big Big Ranch State Park are only a short distance. There is a small grocery with everything you could ever need, a gas station, hardware store, restaurants, etc. all nearby making this a perfect central location to enjoy everything the whole area has to offer.

We stayed at Coyote Crossing for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

The remote camping is free of city lights and the star watching was fabulous.

There are no generators allowed so the quietness is awesome. (We use solar on our 28 foot trailer. )

Water is available for 10 cents a gallon at the Cottonwood Market grocery store in Study Butte and you can pay to dump at several of the close RV parks.

At camping spot 1 we were able to use the WiFi snd it was zippy.

Robert was a super host!

We would definitely return!
