From Jct I-43 (exit 43) and Hwy 83, go ¼ mile south on Hwy 83, then turn left on East Wolf Run to the four way stop. Turn right at the four way stop onto Maple Avenue for 1 ½ miles. Turn right onto Craig Avenue for 1 ½ miles and turn left into the campground entrance (at sign). Follow the long gravel driveway to the A-Frame office building.
We stayed for the Harley Homecoming. Great country setting within 24 miles of Milwaukee. Great places to ride motorcycles without having to hit the highway. Pool was open and refreshing. The site We had worked good- full hook up, level and room enough Between campers for all slide-outs.
Very nice campground. Sites are close and turns into pull throughs can be tight with bigger rigs.
Would stay again
Giving this a 4/5 only because the sites are so close together and some can be a bit awkward. Aside from that you won't find a nicer staff or cleaner park. Any questions or concerns are quickly dealt with and they are genuinely interested in your well being. They accept packages, have a nice pool, and keep the bathrooms clean.
Pretty setting, easy access off of 43. Close to shopping if you need groceries ect. That being said, the campsites are tight and maneuvering in and out of your spot can be tricky if you have a bigger rig. If you have to ask your neighbor to move their truck so you can comfortably pull out of your spot, then they’re too close. Will not be staying here again.
Wonderful spot! The office team were amazing! The sites are very clean and well kept. We had full hook up and it was easy and clean. We didn't have a water house and they loaned us one. Very beautiful location on a hill. Very clean bathroom and shower
Pool looked wonderful too.
