Snug Harbor is the place to be for Campgrounds in Wisconsin. At Snug Harbor you’ll find excellent fishing, boating and swimming on a private, clean, sandy beach.
Our campgrounds offer three different options for today’s camping enthusiasts: Tent Sites, RV Sites, and Manufactured Housing. We have all the modern conveniences while allowing you to relax and enjoy majestic views from every site. Amenities include full hookup, laundromat, ice, firewood, bait, candy, and some fishing supplies. Rent one of our rowboats or canoes for a relaxing day on the lake, or join in a pick-up game of volleyball or horseshoes. Additionally, our RV sites have 30 and 50 AMP electric service and full sewer hookups.
Campsite rentals include sewer hookup. Reservations are recommended. Boat slips are available for a fee. We offer affordable rates for RVs and tent campers. We also have reasonable rates for pier rental, visitors, and our four-legged friends.
From jct I-43 (exit 21) & Hwy 50: Go 1 mi W on Hwy 50, then 3/4 mi W on Hwy 11, then 7-1/2 mi N on CR-P, then 1/4 mi W on CR-A, then 1/4 mi S on Holiday Dr, then 200 ft E on Wisconsin Pkwy.
A two night weekend is required for all RV and Tent sites
AMAZING BURGER!
Had the Wisconsin Pride “Sherrie’s Way”, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Beer selection is a little light, but to be expected for the location and side. Plenty of seating, including outdoor patio seating facing the lake. ADA accessible! Awesome little gem of a place!
Stayed here a week in April, 2023 for a local job, and it was great! Very nice setting, and seems to be a well-kept campground. Tim, the owner, was very nice and the pub/restaurant seems like a tight-knit community. Also saw a baby turtle on the road, which we transported to the lake. Overall fun stay, and would stay here again.
Very comfortable lodge type, spacious, friendly. We went for fish fry. ... AWESOME. And fast service very reasonable. 3 people , 3 dinners , 3 beers, with tip $ 52. Really nice and comfortable, you can eat inside. Kid friendly. There is a campground as well. Lake front shore is about 250 ft, people were fishing and caught some.
Plenty of parking.
Fish fry was pretty good but the potato pancakes were some of the best I’ve had. And who can complain about a free dessert with their Friday fish fry? Cute location.
Showed up and the bartender was so drunk she had problems walking. I asked 3 times for a drink and she (Angeline) kept forgetting. She spent more time in the customer side of the bar with her boyfriend than working. Took 25 minutes to get a drink.
The bartender took 15 bucks from my friend off the bar when he was distracted.
Then she took someone else's also. Many of the customers were irate with her. Finally the bar manager came and sent her home.
I sent a text to the owner about everything. He never responded. A friend complained on Facebook and she has been kicked out of the bar. We are not passing customers complaining but 15 year loyalist. This is not the same place it once was.
Update: while reviewing my charges to my debit card I have noticed several charges to Snug Harbor that I did not make. The consistent pattern here is the tip is double or triple charged when a certain bartender is on duty. I have notified the owners, still no response. Had to go to VISA to recover the money.
