This park is great for an overnight. It's off the beaten path, so it's quiet. But it's a gravel lot, no trees or grass. Looked like a handful of full time residents. Electric, water, and dump station. No restrooms or showers. The price was great and Ruth, the manager is a sweetie!
Nice campground, full hookups, pull thru sites, friendly people. Would stay again. Bring your bug spray, the mosquitoes were bad.
Very clean and great for an overnight stay. Owner very nice when I made reservation even told us if we need anything call him. Hookups are well placed and maintained.
Great little campground! Gorgeous sunsets out the back of the campground!! The site was level and easy to pull in and out. They have white poles, about 3ft high, marking the electric and sewer which really helped hubby pulling in. Spacious sites, we had plenty of room to spread out. We were happy with the plastic picnic table, no splinters! It is extremely quiet, we never heard a sound. We had an emergency and they were wonderful about working to accommodate us so we could stay longer. The owner even offered to help me unhook and pack up
because we weren't sure if hubby could. That was so kind, I would have never expected that. Whether you are staying overnight or week you should stay at this little gem of a campground.
We stayed for a week at the end of September and it was great! Very quiet park, mostly all long-term residents. I think I saw a total of 3 people the whole time we were there! There is no office, laundry, or restrooms, so you have to be self-contained but for the price, it's perfect!
The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous and there's almost no light at night which provides a fantastic view of the night sky. There are tons of deer and wild turkeys roaming around throughout the park, very cool! It's about 45 minutes from Devil's Tower, perfect for an evening visit. Conveniently located off 90 in a very quiet area - would stay again!
