We rented a 24ft Sea ray on Saturday and sunday Aug 5-6. We tried to call several times the previous week to confirm and nobody called us back. When we arrived they told us they did not have time to clean the boat and that they did not have an anchor. Inexcusable but we drove 4 hours to get there with no other options. .

The boat had a broken radio, gas gauge, and was covered in mud. The latch was broken and the boat would not idle. It also was completely covered in midlew/mold. The pictures don't do it justice, it was disgusting and kids had black hands when they touched anything. We tried to talk to someone to but they laughed us off. For nearly $1000, this was ridiculous.

I called asking for a manager and received no call back. Our first Norris trip was nearly ruined because of this lack of care, customer service and decency.

Booked the boat and then had to cancel - called Cedar Grove and they said that no problem they would refund the money. NEVER refunded the money and do not seem to even answer my phone calls. Left multiple voicemails and at this point unfortunately I can't even trust this Marina. Would not recommend to anyone!

AWFUL EXPIERENCE - do not rent a boat from them! We rented a Pontoon with a waterslide for our vacation in July 2023. When we arrived they informed us that that boat broke down so they gave us another boat (which also didn't have an anchor, slide and was dirty). They also did not have enough life jackets in the sizes we needed.

In the beginning of the week, while we were floating on the lake and when we decided to start back up the boat to go tubing our engine would not start. It took several tries over a 30 minute period for us to start the engine. When we came back to the marina and told them, they said that boats can be finicky and that we should be fine.

It happened several times over the week and was very frustrating. At one point we were drifting so much from the current that we were very close to land and even if we started it the propellers would have got stuck (we wouldn't have had this issue if there was an anchor). Luckily there were people nearby that helped us out.

The last straw was on the last day when it happened again and we could not get the engine to turn at all. We tried for 30 min to 1 hour and NOTHING. When we called them they said they would be right out. We were stranded for 3 HOURS on the lake until they came out to tow us back to the arena!

We were promised that they would take care of us when it came to compensating us back money for the day that we lost. Did that ever happen? NO!!! First of all, they made us refill the gas tank back up when we got back and then when we tried to talk to someone about a refund they told us that the person in charge was on vacation and she would call us next week. Did she call? NO!!! We called the arena several times with no answer several times. We left several messages and no one returned our calls.

We were not asking for much - just a partial half day refund or even a refund of the gas we paid for that day. I would recommend renting a boat from another marina if you plan on vacationing on the lake (there are plenty to choose from).

We were fortunate enough to secure a house rental that came complete with a marina slip. During our stay, we encountered an issue with the slip, and what made our experience truly exceptional was the presence of a young, dedicated individual who stayed with us throughout the entire ordeal. While regrettably, we don't recall his name, his dedication and assistance were truly commendable.

The marina itself, while not adorned with extravagant amenities, provided all the essentials one could require for a day on the water. Offering fuel and basic services, it served as a dependable hub for our boating adventures. Notably, they also had a pizza service on-site, which, although we didn't partake in, seemed to be a hit among fellow visitors, as many were seen taking boxes to-go
