Great place, great value! Quiet, safe, and convenient to all New Braunfels and San Marcos area attractions!

The bathroom and laundry facility was dirty and in need of repair (toilets are wabbling).

The woman at the desk has absolutely not customer service skills and is totally unknowable about the job. She yells at customers across the RV resort to "be sure and follow and rules and pick up after the dogs". At the same time her dogs are not on leashes and run at customers barking. She does not put people on hold when talking on the phone so one can hear everything she is saying while talking to other customers including payment information and personal data. Totally unacceptable.

The gentleman working the desk when we checked was wonderful. Very courteous, professional and friendly.

We stayed there for about 6 months last year and it was very pleasant other then the unkempt dog run. Now there are campers with trash all around them almost resembling a homeless camp.

The grounds are very nicely kept but at this time I would not recommend staying there to anyone.

Is great location if working. A bit close to I-35 if truly vacationing or retired. Other than some interstate noise, very quiet and well kept park. Staff very helpful and kind.

Great location right off the interstate, level and paved sites, Fantastic customer service by the front desk lady. We stayed just one night on our way south to the coast.

The park is one of the VERY FEW RV parks that take RV's older than 10 years. And they are changing that. The prices are okay. You will have to have your own internet connection and Verizon is one of the few options available. They have on site showers and laundry. Machines are $2 each. Showers are okay, just not that clean. The spaces are laid out okay, but noise is a factor. On the backside you have a concrete mixing plant and in the front you have I-35. It's not that quiet. San Marcos has plenty of RV parks and adding more, the only problem is how old your rig is.
