Barrie is a great manager! Very helpful (with residents who follow the rules) as well as open to suggestions to make the park better 😄 Can't really ask for anything more, right??

Quiet little park just outside of the hustle and bustle but a quick drive to restaurants and shops. It’s under newer management and we could not have asked for a more accommodating experience. The park manager Barrie was as sweet as can be and made us really feel at home. Will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to the Hill Country! Definitely recommend eating at Poodies Roadhouse right up the road for great live music and people watching!

No, nope, no thank you.

I should've left my review up, but out of fear of retaliation against my friend who had been there at the time so I removed it. But Barrie, you might have convinced whoever wrote those stellar reviews , (which were coincidentally written after my post couple months back was posted then removed) but you aren't fooling anyone.

They are pry afraid you'll do to them what you did to my friend! And that's even IF they are actual people that stay there too! I bet they are visitors and don't know yet how horrible and wretched that woman can be.

Literally the WORST management I have ever seen. Unprofessional and most likely certifiably insane. Invented rules, took away the mail, added handwritten additional rules onto the rental agreement paperwork, and completely lost it when simply asked for a copy of the rules.

Refused to inform or give written notice of rules, and only asked for them because she was calling police on things like going into the laundry room and walking up the hill as GUESTS there.

Threatened to have RV hauled away for NO LEGITIMATE REASON!! All over a request to see the rules??

Everyone there knows she's absolutely horrid. Except the couple that probably paid to write those, if they are even actual people!😂

If she's there, I'd keep on going!!

From the beginning to the end Barri was warm and welcoming. She was always responsive and extremely helpful. Led us all the way into the park.

The bathroom was clean and immaculate as if they recently had them remodeled. . I'll definitely be back!

Barrie was super helpful and communicative during the process of booking our spot. Can’t say enough great things about Mike and Barrie and how accommodating and friendly they were once we arrived. We will be back for sure!!! 😀 ❤️
