The staff at the resort where the absolute best. When our plans went awry we called them less than 2 hour before they closed, with no reservations with them, they told us we could "dry dock" for the night. We made it JUST before they closed. They where so great to us. They even looked to find us space to stay there, for our whole week (we did have to get two different spots, staying in one then moving to the other), which they found and we happily took. The staff was friendly, the facilities where VERY clean. And it was right near the beach. and the main street with a lot of cute little shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. The bathrooms with showers where so nice; the "store", the laundry facilities, a small lounge, pool and hot tub (adult only for the last hour), and even a place to get fuel. They have it all, and keep it maintained beautifully. Best of all, they welcome you to bring your furry friend! They just ask you clean up after them and keep them on a leash (for control and safety reasons). In the end, I would happily recommend them to anyone headed to cannon beach. We will most assuredly be keeping this as our every time spot.

A cozy little RV resort.

As far as location goes, you couldn't ask for a better spot. You're half a mile from haystack rock, and it is very walkable. There is also quite a few coffee shops and restaurants right there too.

The grounds are well kept, and the hot tub is really nice after exploring all day. You're not going to run into an unclean shower here.

There are two things that knock a star off. First, we had massive connectivity issues here. There was no Verizon signal to speak of and our Starlink couldn't get anything consistent with all the trees. Secondly, there are four washing machines for a campground that size. No matter what time of day you go, there is a logjam there.

The staff were friendly.

All in all, I would return and recommend it, but not if you need to work there.

Love this RV Park. Great sized sites with plenty of room for ingress and egress. Clean restrooms, friendly helpful staff. The best thing about this park is the short walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, including access to Haystack Rock. We never needed our vehicle. Spent two days there and felt we need at least four days to really enjoy

I've stayed here several times in summer and winter, and have always found it clean and the staff friendly. The laundry area takes both quarters and debit cards, and all machines work well. Water pressure is great, and they have an indoor pool and hot tub. They have gas pumps and EV chargers as well.

Bonus elk herd wanders around sometimes.
