This was an awesome camp ground I had a blast, however if you want a shower make sure you bring lots of quarters their change machines never seem to get refilled. 3 times I went to check in to get change which they don't have, 3 times I was told they don't carry change at the booth bit they are out refilling now. I immediately went to the closest machine and it still wasn't working... 3 times I have checked every machine in the park to find the machines out of service... and shocker nobody in town will sell change. This would be a 5 star review if I didn't need quarters for a shower for 4 days.

A most excellent experience. It's a beautiful campground with all the amenities. Walking distance to the jetty and the beach. Incredible staff: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

Some family stayed in the cabins, which they said were nice. Most of us were in RV's, and the sites were perfect... plenty of room, pull-through with full hookups. Just a short walk to the beach. Park is beautifully maintained.

Nice campsites. Some spots are all sand but they're still great spots. Right on the coastline, just a short walk to the beach. Playground for the kids to play on was nice.

Watching the sunset over the horizon was beautiful, gazing at the outer edge of the Milky Way was amazing and sitting around the campfire at night was relaxing and reflecting. It's always magical at the beach.

This campground is HUGE. You can keep coming back and have a completely new experience each time. The sites definitely vary by size and privacy, so look closely at the map and photos when choosing. There is a pretty loud fog horn that plays 24-7, but we all tuned it out after a few hours of being there. I will note that it does get louder the closer you are to the beach/jetty. Make sure to take a walk down to the beach and check out the driftwood forts!
