With over 40 riverfront acres in the beautiful St. Croix river valley, our campground is the ideal base of exploration for the many exciting natural treasures of Taylors Falls. Whether you want to‘rough it’ in one of our primitive campsites or have all the comforts of a RV hook-up, we offer a get-away that is just what you’ve been looking for. Remote enough to be a welcome break from urban life, but close enough to enjoy any weekend, make camp Waub-O-Jeeg a family tradition.

One of the worst laid out campgrounds I've ever seen. You start by the office at a dead stop and have to climb a 10 grade hill 1 way in-and-out. I stood on the bottom of the hill coming out to make sure we didn't meet a car because you'd never pass it. If you have anything longer than a 27' camper I would not recommend. You won't get in between the trees and backed in the goofy sites that are laid out in no particular order. Mostly junky permanents. No new gravel, mostly sand. It was nice and quiet though. Absolutely no place to turn around...no parking lot or turnarounds.
An absolute joke. The. Host a re more then kind. But need a quick lesson on advertisement and lay out. The trails you pull your camper down. Are narrow . I have been down hunting trails that are wider. And to Try to maneuver a camper down there trails is absolute nuts. To back a camper in you are literally weaving Around trees to park on the most. Uneven lot. Couldn't pull my awning out. To protect us from a little rain cause. There are trees every where. The awning would hit. If you have a camper longer then 30ft. I recommend. Finding another campsite. The campground amenities are filthy.
Since we found it about 8yrs ago, we always stay here for our camping trips. My Kiddos went from playing in the cute playground they have, to hiking on their own 😆 Its full of trees which help with privacy. The owners are so attent every time we go! They really care about their customers, like for real! Supplies are restock regularly and if they happen to forget you can text them and they will happily take care of it...
Water and electric hook-ups are great and totally worth it!
We absolutely Love it here. The campgrounds is absolutely beautiful with many nice trails in the woods and along the river, pet friendly, family friendly, 2 bathhouses with private shower's and toilets available. Laundry facility on the grounds, and a little store at the entrance. Location is amazing, close to St. Croix River, Glacier Park, and much more within just a few miles. The people here are what really makes it an awesome experience. The owner's Rick and Deb are so hands on and welcoming and the other camper's are the same.
I love this camp, this was our 3rd stay here and we have enjoyed it every time. We go in big groups so we always book the group sites, and we always have more than enough space for all of us. The shower house is exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest camp ground bathrooms I have ever been in. The people at the front are always very nice, and seem like they have a good time too. the sites are also beautiful, and the bugs don’t seem to bother us much. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you guy for always making it an awesome experience! :)
