We were walking at 12pm on the main road to look at the stars and giant moon and 2 security guards drive up to us so fast and shine a spotlight on us telling us to go back to tent camping or he will kick us out. I do not recommend this place at all. It was beautiful but not worth the stress of intimidating security.

Park is clean, calm and not overly crowded like other lakes around the area. Lots of green and shady areas to lay out on. BBQ grills are on the small side so if you are cooking a lot bring your own grill. They have a camping area, a dog park and fishing areas. They also have a place to rent paddle boats and a store with everything you might need that you might have forgotten. Bathrooms are generally clean. They have family bathrooms and also showers to clean up after. The beach area is sandy but once you go in the water you step on rocks so if you are sensitive, bring water shoes. If you forget them they have them at the store for about $8.99 for kids, not sure about adults. The water is kind of merky and stains your clothes so if you are picky like me don't wear white clothes or bathing suits. The cost for daily is $12, not sure about camping or the extra charge for dogs.

Do yourself a favor, dont visit this place. Park is nice but the staff ugh. We came at 4:10 by the time we unloaded our kids and stuff it was about 4:30 right at 5:30 they told us we are closing get ready to leave . Wow! Nobody bothered to even mention they close at 6 but charged us full price for a day use. Thats not all! That one hour we've been there those 2 staff memebers on the golf cart were literally parked one table away from us starring in our direction. They kept riding around trying to find something to comment about, literally breathing down our necks . I've never felt more intimidated by staff at the Park!!! Right when we got up to leave the circled around our table with us being only few feet away . If I could give 0 stars I would 👎
