Nice shady spot on a hot day. Fishing spots along the bank. Very clean restrooms. Although a bit noisy due to road traffic, a lot of semi's.
It's really sad that no one is maintaining this area anymore, would be a great place if it was just cleaned up a little. However, we were about to find a good clean area on the north end with a dock right across from it. We are thrilled with the spot and our experiance here. Road noise dies down at night. Very peaceful place all around. Would come back for sure.
