Have friends living there for last 7 years. Went golfing, strange par 3 of 18 very very very small yardage holes. And yes, I didn't do all that well.
Really great affordable vacation homes except the monthly HOA is really high and you have to pay 12 months but you can't stay 12 months. You really can't stay more than 6 months cause it gets hotter than the blazes there.
Very nice community to stay in when we visit friends that live there. Friendly people and beautiful swimming pools.
Found this 'gem' in our own backyard. After living in the valley for over 30 years, we found RCB on our way to retirement. We are so very blessed to be able to find a place that we may travel during the summer and still be able to enjoy Our valley during the desert seasonal months. We have made life time friends, that we can call family. Pickleball, golf, tennis, aerobics, classes of all sorts, cards, games, pool tables, lessons, pools and Jacuzzis by day, dances, happy hours and parties by night. Off site activities also planned if you want to join in. If you get board here, it's your fault. RCB has also allowed me to enhance my career to sell Real Estate in a place I live and play. Fantastic place for seniors young and old. Lots of activities. Great place to live almost year round. Gets a little warm in June!
