From highway 78 and Split Mountain Road in the small town of Ocotillo Wells, proceed South on Split Mountain Road for approximately half a mile. The campground entrance will be on the left side.
Been coming to this place since 1991. The place has never changed but it has always been way more to expect at a desert camp ground. I moved from SoCal to Az & I still make the 5hr trip to come back to my favorite deserts
The best! Great for families! Kid friendly, CLEAN bathrooms with showers, laundry available. Fair prices for weekenders and long terms alike. Mobiland is family! 100+ stars if I could! (Long timer, 10+ yrs)
I went camping with my Bethany Family there, next time rent trailer to sleep in, fun time, am coming back next year...
Spent Memorial Day Weekend here last weekend, and we all had a blast! We were able to park our dirt bikes at our trailer, and this campground has an access road to the OHV trails. When we would return from rides, we could take a shower in their clean restrooms, and then jump in their pool to cool off. The staff is friendly, and you can't beat their rates. I know where I'll be camping next desert season.
