When planning a Branson vacation, make Branson Lakeside RV Park your home base. Sites up to 90 feet long.
Our LOCATION is the best in town as we are located on the beautiful, trout-filled waters of Lake Taneycomo. You can practically drop a fishing line outside your window of your RV. Branson Lakeside is just minutes from all the Branson excitement of world class theaters and shows, famous theme parks and great family restaurants. You may want to check out Historic Downtown Branson with its unique shops and attractions. And speaking of a great location, the Branson Lakeside RV Park is located NEXT DOOR to the $450 million Branson Landing, a 95 acre development along Lake Taneycomo that offers more than 100 retail shops, restaurants, a river walk, and a wonderful fountain spectacular, synchronized to light, music and fire!
Take the second Branson exit off of 65. Follow Branson Landing Boulevard past the hospital, past the Branson Landing, past Bass Pro Shops and when you are reaching the bridge that goes across the river hang to the right and you will see the RV park. Our office is in the front as you enter.
Arrived after office hours, were told that a packet with our name and assigned site # would be on the office porch. No packet was there and had no idea where to park. Don't understand why email confirmation doesn't include site number but they don't. Anyway that certainly was not a good beginning to our stay. Long story but once we found out the assigned site it was jammed up so close to the next site with a small patio being shared with the neighbor. We have a 42' fifth wheel and no way is site 70 a pull through for our size unit with vehicles belonging to campers across the street parked and a utility pole positioned in the way. I did manage to get our unit parked there only to find out the sewer connection was located far away closer to the other end of the site. Terrible layout!!! They wouldn't help us out to relocate so I backed out of the site and we left giving up two paid nights never to ever attempt to stay there in the future. The only positive of the park is the location. There are some decent sites if you're lucky enough to be assigned one but I certainly could not recommend this park.
This is a rv park. It's location is a plus. Located walking distance from the board walk and Bass Pro as well as the old downtown. From this spot the entertainment strip is easily accessed. There is a small laundry on site as well as a bathhouse. I will book again.
Trash truck came a dumped the large trash bins at midnight waking up my entire family including a 2yo and 3month old baby. Construction was going on heavy machinery and backing up dump trucks started at 6am sharp. Train tracks right beside the RV, trains horn all throughout the night. ZERO SLEEP. Water was out for half a day after saying it would be back on first thing in the morning. Cable hook up did not work. Talked about the trash truck incident to the worker there driving around on the golf cart he couldn’t care less and did nothing to help. Called asking for the manager never received a call back.
We stayed here for two weeks for our trip to Branson. Loved being by the lake (river??) and for the most park was pretty quite although keep in mind you are by two busy highways/roads. A little bit close together for my taste but we'd go back again. They are very friendly and pick up your trash every day. There is a dog park in the park as well as showers/restrooms, cable and pretty good wi-fi.
