We have been coming here for 2 years now and it is now a tradition. We love the proximity to the water and having our boat docked right out front of our room. We stayed in the “motel” rooms which are more like suites with the kitchen area. Everyone working here is wonderful! Looking forward to our next trip!
We have many friends that stay here. They always host a dinner. Grounds are super clean. Access to Colorado River. Walking distance to Pirates Den. Nice place to stay for events in and around Parker or Havasu!

I actually worked at this resort as a housekeeper about 10 years ago actually 10 years ago this month lol. I recently drove through and saw that the place was completely redone. All the old models were replaced with Park models, the motel has been updated with amenities. The tree swing looks fun! I'm glad that they fixed up the beach area somewhat, so that people that cannot climb a ladder out of the water can still enjoy it. Kudos and a job well done to Jeanie's grandson that took over the place and brought it into this century. Sorry I didn't remember his name.
We have stayed here a couple times we were very pleased with our room they have done so much to make it nice beautiful river views the loungers along the river do need replacing we’ll be back
