Absolutely terrible experience dealing with the front desk I was unable to make it due to being stranded by huge storm and roads closed down they charged my card anyways and never returned any of my calls .Do not stay here they don't care about you just money. NO CALL BACK AT ALL
Love me some castle rock. But... if you are a pretentious dush ypu should avoid this wonderful place.
This place is a dump! They bill themselves as a resort hotel - thats a joke! The clubhouse was empty and locked. No laundry. No restrooms except for the 2 outhouses blocking our river front view of the river. It's dirty and dusty. No place for the dogs to go potty. Front desk was rude and unfriendly. No wifi. No cell phone reception. The only good thing was location. Don't waste your time at all on this one.
