It's really hard to beat the prices here -- especially since they don't jack their prices up just for the Super Show (January) or because of it being "in season." Some places quadruple in price in the winter, but not this place. If you're planning to stay two weeks, or longer, just get a whole month -- it's cheaper (around $200/month plus electric). The bad thing about electric is that it is $0.17, which is about ten cents higher than most places. If you're visiting during December/January you'll likely have your windows open anyway, so you can save on not having to run the air conditioners much. If you're here during the summer months, expect high temperatures. In 2016 the summer high reached 143° -- ouch! The La-Z-Daze park itself isn't much to write home about... a lot of permanent trailers line the borders of the park -- some run down; some in okay condition. There is no swimming pool, no park for the kids, not much of anything in the way of amenities. It's an inexpensive place to be if you're in the area and not interested in dry camping and/or you simply want to be hooked up to sewer, electricity, and water.
The price is right at $250. Water pressure on the low side at 30#s. WIFI in the park supplied by Fastnet is almost non-existant. It's redeeming value we're a group of winter residents at a pitfire.
A friendly community where everyone knows everyone. A great place to enjoy mother nature and every view is a painting. Desert, mountains, plenty of stars and wildlife galore. Bring a camera, great company and a nice beverage and it is easy to forget the insanity in the world.
Not a great place in either park. We were actually across the road. The man was nice. Nothing around to visit. Abandoned trailers in lot directly across. Looks like the world forgot it.
Plenty of room here. Monthly $250. And up. Pay electric. Full hookups. 30 amp. Just the basics, for a very good price. Fairly new owners. No homeless going thru. Very nice and helpful office staff. Live here or just visit. Yes, some trees also.
