Great place to stay as long as you do not need wifi or cell service. The place is beautiful and tranquil. All facilities are clean and nice. They are right on Ghost Lake with a boat landing. Make sure to stop in at the lodge for a drink! Terry is a hoot! If you need wifi, head over to Louie's Landing about 3.5 miles away. Just order food and a drink and enjoy the scenery!
Boulder Lodge is absolutely beautiful! My family and I booked a spot here last minute, thanks to the owners being very nice people (our original place was not what we expected.) They were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time there very much. Every well kept, clean and private. Very happy the other campground didn't work out because Boulder Lodge was a perfect. We will be back again in the future.
Our stay was ok. The owner was cutting grass and would blow grass on campers/visitors. My child had to move his bike so the owner could cut grass where we were playing. Also, when we first arrived, I pulled back our bedsheet in our cabin and there was a pile of seeds stored by our pillows by either a mouse or chipmunk. The cabin also had spiderwebs with spiders in them. Upstairs in the loft, there were used water bottles by previous campers. These things made us feel like the cabin has been vacant for a long time and not kept up.
Charming, comfortable cabins nestled into to forest along side ghost lake. The lodge is thoughtfully crafted with rustic furniture and decor to bring out the true nature of the North woods feel.
The owners, Michelle and Terry, are professional and passionate about providing a memorable experience for their guests. You can’t go wrong here!
Immaculate accommodations for short term and long term guests and a 12 space RV area, some with full hook ups. Reasonable rates for the area. Love it💕
Michelle, Terry, Kelsey, and Jason are fantastic hosts, I look forward to getting back to Boulder Lodge! Great burgers plus live music in the lodge, clean comfortable cabins, and Ghost Lake is a beautiful body of water.
