Loved it here!! they had lots to do for the kids there is a pool, miniature golf for 1$ each, playground and a area with goats to feed which was my daughter favorite thing, a nice big dog walk area, bathrooms and showers were clean and everyone was friendly at the office, the sites were a bit small you had to park your vehicle in the road in front of our motor home when the people left next to us in the morning with their motor home they had to knock on our door and ask us to move so they could get by, and the internet wasn’t so great but your on top of a mountain so what do you expect

Just got back from a night spent with my two kids and this will probably be our new family favorite campground. We tent camp and this was the first time we've gotten to have a grassy campsite. The pool was amazing, clean and just the right temperature. I assumed with it being hot that it would be packed but we had the pool to ourselves. Having mini golf, a playground and the goats to feed were awesome to give our kids something to do. Being close to Boone with lots to see and do was super convenient as well. The staff was super friendly and since our trip got cut short a day because my son came down sick, one of the ladies doing an art project asked if she could pray for us. Already looking at the calendar to figure out when we can get back.

If your looking for level concrete slabs this is not the place for you. If your looking for a pleasant, very clean and nicely run campground you have found it. The showers were very well taken care of and very clean. The people who work there actually make you feel like their glad to have you. I stayed for 7 nights and was glad I did. Nice job Boone KOA.

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay at this campground. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was professionally managed by Christina, who was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the area allowed her to offer numerous recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions during our visit. Her friendly and kind nature went above and beyond, making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this campground and eagerly anticipate our next visit. Christina is truly the best and excels at her job!
