I enjoyed a 3-day/2-night camping and biking adventure at this private mountain bike ranch, which is also a working cattle ranch. There are nine miles of well-kept trails, varying from easy cross-country prairie to some moderately challenging uphill and downhill sections through piney woods. The camping was nice, having a primitive campsite right alongside one of the ranch's ponds, with plenty of shade from the pines. Even though the campsite was primitive, there were clean restrooms, showers, and fresh water and ice near by. They sell their own beef from the ranch on site and I enjoyed a huge grass-fed, hormone-free sirloin right on my grill. From late Sunday afternoon until I left Monday afternoon, I had the whole place virtually to myself! The cost for my whole stay was very reasonable.

I can not say enough about Bluff Creek Ranch. I call this the Ritz Carlton of MTB trails in the area. Well maintained with super clean bathrooms with showers. Challenging riding that offers enough variety for all the riders on your pack. Highly recommend.

If you're riding MTB in Texas, you owe it to yourself to make the trip to Warda. Fantastic trails - flowy and fast without a lot of rocks. I'll definitely go back.
