From the enter section of US 301 & US 98 south proceed 1/2 mile east, Park Entrance located on left side of US 98 on Wilds Rd. Large lighted Yellow & Blue sign can't miss it.
I live here n the people can be extremely vile..always worried about others n never themselves. Discrimination against dogs over 10 lbs. Management likes to lie and file false complaints that are never investigated.
There seem to be many people who are exempt from the rules. Do they slip you extra cash to allow this? I've been lied to about who can live here and who can't. Waiting for another "incident" before the management does their job?
Love it here! I was told this is a great place to feel safe and have fun!
They were right! The office is so friendly, makes you feel welcome!

Nice staff, grounds people work hard on public spaces. I'm hoping that they can find a way to communicate with residents in a timely manner that is more personal than the marque at the far entrance of the community. Water shutting down due to plumbing issue was a surprise, many times. A simple text would have been more timely & considerate
It is awesome only 30 minutes from Busch gardens about 70 miles from Disney but you feel like you like you are in the middle of nowhere Less than 2 miles from downtown Dade city where there are a few excellent restaurants put this place o your travel destinations
