Went to a festival here. I stayed in the "quiet" camping area that was far enough away from the music stage to make it ideal for resting. Sadly it wasn't quiet when I wanted to sleep. Small yapping dog(s) that were staying at an RV close by the quiet camping area didn't shut up like -EVER. They literally barked for hours non stop. KILLED MY SLEEP.
I got the vibe that this place is where RV snowbirds go and stay all winter. Maybe the owners should consider putting those with dogs in the back 40 away from camping area?!
Went for the Hernando County Dog Show. Which was amazing. The park is easy to get to and the parking staff is friendly. Looking forward to attending other events there.
Came for dog show. Bathrooms are fairly clean. We brought an RV and they had water & electric hookup but no way to pump out waste water or public showers so it’s okay for a day or two max if you are careful with water usage.
Great venue for dog shows. RV parking & organization is top notch! 30 & 50 amp service, water at camp sites, plus 2 dump stations near office.
