I was looking for a place to stay in my truck camper overnight. The management was very friendly and professional. The grounds were well kept. The restroom and shower facilities were clean and comfortable. The park was quiet with little traffic. I will definately stay there again.

When I moved I left the stairs to my RV on the property. I am disabled and do not drive. Snowbird called my mom who was in Indiana (also snowbird renter). My POA, they told her I owed 50.00 a day for leaving wood steps. My mom told me to go get them. I found a ride but when we got there they told us I could not come in until I paid 250.00 for leaving the steps (which were given to me by someone at park). My mom had to pay 250.00 for 5 days. My mom when she came a few months later in December saw a huge RAT in her RV. She gave notice on December 12, 2023 to leave. They made her tear down a sunporch that was there when she bought the RV. Her lease was year to year and ended in 2weeks. She was forced to pay for January at the 2024 price . It cost 1.000.00 to tear down the sunroom. The park is now threatening to charge her another 150.00. The office staff will NOT let you talk to owner. There are rats throughout the campsite. At least 20 long time campers have left in 2023. Unfortunately new ones come not realizing how the owner and his staff treat the residents. I have done what I can to warn you.

Snowbird South is an affordable RV park about an hour northwest of Orlando, FL. Last year I sold my home and bought a tiny camper. I am so fortunate to have found this park over the summer. It's clean and peaceful, and the staff and residents are so friendly. The amenities are older, but the staff keeps on top of everything and are super responsive.
