No hot water in laundry room. I was there 3weeks & the hot water heater was not fixed! They didn't even have on the calendar when it will be repaired & local Laundromat is very expensive!

No planned activities for adults only kids! They should give a diagram of how to connect/hookup as many are tandem & people Cross hook-up! I don't know why most campers want to argue I don't!

I grew up camping here with my grandparents and last week was one of two trips I’ve made back with my own kids. The kids like it a lot, the facilities are well maintained, fun activities, management does a good job and staff are friendly. I do think the price is steep which is why we don’t stay for very long. The spots are VERY tight in phase 1 (My

Picture shows an empty site next to us and 2 spots was a van who weren’t there at the time so you can’t really tell the cramped site sizes. You also cannot choose a spot ahead of time but otherwise we enjoy are stays.

This park is perfect all around. It’s close proximity to the border, the marina and the National park, make this park a great choice. The bathhouses are clean and well maintained and the clubhouses (2x) are relaxing to enjoy. The sites are great too.

We came for a birthday party. Unfortunately the slides closed due to an unfortunate accident. We had no other option. This site offers 2 lodges, friendly attentive staff. They also have SO MANY child friendly activities. The staff are kind and get involved and are so helpful. 10 out 10 would recommend and come back. Out of all the sites we've been to in Washington, this is hands down my favorite.

Have stayed at this park many many times over the last 10+years. In-fact we had 4 family members or friends buy annual passes with us for many years.

In years past we had membership with Thousand Trails and after 6+ years of no membership we called in trying to purchase membership before a 3 day visit to this location. We were told that we should "hear about the new membership options and that they would credit our camping fee towards the purchase of the pass" When we met with the sales person she tried to push us in to a $10,000 membership, at which time we said no thanks we will stick to the $625 annual pass as we had in the past. Then we were told that they would credit us $20 of the $190 we had already paid for 3 nights instead of allowing us to buy the pass before we arrived like we tried to do. So now the decision left to us it to pay $625 plus the $170 for a pass that is currently advertised online for $625.

Needless to say we "have been" loyal to Thousand Trails for a very long time, BUT we will never stay at your parks ever again much less buy a season or longer pass from Thousand trails!

ZERO customer service , EMPTY promises and NO commitment to customers! You could have had a loyal customer, but now Im so mad i will tell all my camping friends how poor the experience was and convince them to avoid you at all costs.
