This RV hookup is in a quiet neighborhood with access to a dog park 5 blocks away. It is located off the Main Street and accessible through an alleyway on 17th St. You will pull in and swing through; parking parallel to the houses located across the alleyway. The site parking is next to a 6ft tall fence. There are evergreen trees all throughout the neighborhood and a huge maple tree at the parking spot.
Pull through from either “D” or “E” streets
Not much of an RzV park at this time. Maybe someday soon. New owners and a renovation of park coming might b not be to bad in future..
I know a few people in here. Some great, some not. But I do know the maintenance man Dakota try's his hardest to help everyone quickly and efficiently. On top of that he is just a happy, helpful guy. I have not seen him be inpatient with anyone or get flustered. (Despite his young age.) He is a highly capable young man. Congrats on the park for grabbing a quickly sought after employee. Having owned a property Maintenance company. I would have tried my best to lure him away. Tks management of the Beacon.
We are very happy to call this Home. Amazing ower. Manager. And Maintenance are Awesome. We found our family here and plan to live here. Alot of Great Friends.

There is currently no manager or anyone in charge. They are trying to shut the place down for good. They have all but forced people out of the park.used to be an okay place, now it looks like a dump!
Have my home away from here and love the bay. Its fantastic! Have fun :)
