Our 65 big-rig friendly sites sit on 37 acres in the middle of the scenic Ozark Mountains along the banks of Big Creek. All sites have 30- and 50-amp electric, water, sewer, and cable TV hookups, with free wi-fi throughout the park. Enjoy wading, fishing, and relaxing in the creek, take a swim in the pool, or take the kids to visit our large playground. Other activities include horseshoes, volleyball, mining sluice, arcade, giant checkers, beanbags, and wiffle ball. We also have modern, private shower suites that are wheelchair accessible. We fill propane on site, and have a 24-hour coin laundry. Nearby attractions include Johnson’s Shut-Ins, Elephant Rocks, Black River, Clearwater Lake, and Crane Lake—just to name a few. Just spent 3 night at this beautiful campground! Very clean, the owners are wonderful people and aim to make your stay great. Pretty walking trails, and the creek is within walking distance, the duck race was a lot of fun!! See a few goats and chickens. Very quiet and peaceful will definitely recommend and go back!
We have stayed twice at Big Creek RV Park and highly recommend it! The sites are spacious and the facilities are wonderful! Great family atmosphere and fun activities to do, both in the campground and within 45 minute drive or less. We will definitely be booking a third stay!
We came to Big Creek RV Park for a little weekend get away. There is so much there to offer the family to do. There is a beautiful creek you can walk down. Nice pool, play gym, chickens, and many other little animals. The family who runs the park are very kind and are there to make your experience better. The camp sites are nice sizes as well. Highly recommend for any one to come here
Great place to camp for BIG RV’s and small campers. Great activities for families/kids, and big areas for kids to run and play. For people looking for a quiet area, grab a lawn-chair and sit in the creek, and just listen to the waterfalls. Beautiful views and great nature to take in. The owners are very dear people, and have great rules for everyone’s safety. I truly enjoyed the lambs, goats and chickens. It’s a great place to get away too, but not too far away.
A really nice place to stay! I was looking for a place to spend the weekend exploring Mark Twain National Forest, and this was the perfect spot. The owners do a great job of running the place, were more than helpful in getting us setup, where to go, what to see. The campground has a lot of activities for families - really enjoyed the laughter of kids playing outside, chasing the farm animals, riding bikes...highly recommend this place. The WiFi is a little limited, but we only needed it to map out our day trips.
